In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of you receiving your order.
We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We will offer store credit for any unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing which will be valid for a period of 100 days from the date of issue. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
We also do not encourage exchange more than once unless the products were found damaged upon receipt. We strictly do not accept exchanges or cancellation of Jewelry orders (from our Haaram Category) as they may be damaged upon reshipment.
Return of such merchandise should be initiated and received by House of Ayana (formerly Studio Ayana) within 5 days for orders within India and 10 days for orders outside India. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customers.
We don’t accept returns of products purchased from the SALE section. We also DO NOT accept returns of products bought during any promotional offers/discounts. Alterations of heavily discounted items by us are chargeable additionally based on the extent of rework involved. Customized products, Saris that have tassles made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
